Gary Begnaud has worked in finance for over 40 years. He is a financial advisor at Janney Montgomery Scott in Mt. Laurel after holding the same role at Merrill Lynch in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Throughout his career, Gary Begnaud has built expertise in many areas of finance.
He helps clients with investment strategies encompassing portfolio creation, bond investing, asset allocation, mutual funds, and annuities. His retirement planning services cover Roth 401(k) options, required minimum distributions, and key retirement age milestones. Mr. Begnaud also guides clients through probate, estate planning, and charitable giving. His skills extend to financial planning, risk management, and education tax credits.
Beyond finance, Mr. Begnaud had a standout baseball career. At Bordentown High School in New Jersey, he set a national record with 10 straight hits in one season and made the All-State Baseball team. At the University of Delaware, he played all four years and earned a spot on the National Collegiate All-American Baseball Team as a first baseman. He later signed with the Philadelphia Phillies as a free agent and played for teams like Spartanburg, Reading, and Oklahoma City.
Mr. Begnaud’s other hobbies are golf, coaching sports, and spending time with family at the beach. He is also a member of the Institute of Divorced Financial Analysis and a University of Delaware alumnus.
